“Its really nice to stay in the inner courtyard; generally much quieter than comparable situations. They have nice t.v.s but unfortunately do not have the free Samsung TV plus and the motel 6 cable set up correctly even though they already pay for it; this has been the case in multiple rooms. I dont think it would cost them much to fix the issues and they would have superior t.v.channels available. The beds are better than comparable hotels but I strongly recommend bringing a 4 inch plush……

“Front desk at night doesn’t know how to deal with my payment request,they executed the payment with my credit card numbers left in hotels.com directly without asking, but actually the room should be charged by the name who stay not by the credit card of the name of reservation. I ask to cancel the payment but he ask me to request to hotels.com ”

“I like their room and breakfast! However the room is not soundproof enough, but it’s okay with me. Will stay again next time!”

“The staff was beyond amazing, totally exceeded all expectations. The love and care the staff puts into their customers and the hotel shows. Ive never felt more at home in a hotel. “I stayed at this place several times. But this time was the worst ever. I checked out on7/30 morning at 9 am ish. The front desk lady was unbelievable rude. As we need inovice receipt to claim company expense. And request paper receipt and she said out lound in front of my face: very annoying. Not only this while I needed to store my luggage she reluctant to come out of front desk and bring my luggage in but instead she requested me to move to inside of front desk. Which is diff from the……
