“It was our first time in Miami and the hotel was in a convenient location, short walk to coffee shops, bakeries etc. and a short uber ride from Mynt lounge and the Versace Mansion. Carlos at the front desk was very helpful! He was able to get us early check-in and gave us complimentary drink tickets which was really sweet. He took care of our requests and made our experience better overall!”
