“4 nights in rm 528 they never left a new toilet paper roll. We had to call for one or get one from a maid in the hall. 2 nights in room 828, the phone by the bed didn’t work at all. We tried to call the front desk several times but no one ever answered. When we checked out we each had to carry things to our car two times because no one answered the phone so we couldn’t get help. Other than that we loved our stay.”

“I was nervous about booking since other reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness and pushy sales people. I have to say though, that was not our experience. The cottage was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. Only issue was the headboard was unscrewed from wall so even adjusting pillows caused it to lurch forward in a worrisome way. Staff was friendly, pool was fun for kids. Great stay!”

“I booked lake front accommodations but was unaware that the building I was staying in was adjacent to the main resort itself. The interior was nice but the outside of the buiding and the grounds it was on was no where as nice as the rest of the resort. “The treehouse was AMAZING. We booked it for a couples trip and had the absolute best time. We were blown away by how incredible the treehouse was. As fantastic as it looked on the website, the reality was even better—which seldom happens. The location was great, with a view of the golf course. The treehouse was immaculate, comfortable, and private. The bathroom was large and beautiful. The overall attention to detail was just incredible. “The condo itself was amazing. Very clean!! Much more than I expected. However, one night we had a very big disturbance from the neighbor. He was loudly and aggressively beating on his ceiling (our floor) and would scream anytime we walked outside to “be quiet”. It was around 8:30 pm & all of our kids were laying down for the night. We, by all means, were not being loud. I had to contact security. No other issues & that wasn’t fault of the condo itself. I would recommend staying here & will stay……

“This place is truly one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. It is backed up into the woods, yet just down the street from all the shopping and restaurants. We saw a family of deer walk by the windows while sitting in there eating our dinner. It is so relaxing and quiet. I can’t wait to go back!”

Information I wish I new in advance: Yes, there is a gravel road to put your boat in on the property, the county road to the resort is bumpy, superb grill - bring what you enjoy grilling, the grocery store in Eureka Springs is very basic, each cabin or condo had it's own……
