“We loved the apartments and location. Plenty of family activities or shops. I wish all buildings had elevators. Part of our family stayed in a building without elevator and that made it hard for my mom who has knee problems. Also in one of the apartments the housekeepers forgot to leave soap or any amenities. “The hotel property is well kept and very beautiful. It is very Victorian and quaint in nature. However, the floor in our room was sticky to walk on barefoot.
