“Amazing hotel with wonderful staff who are all so polite and friendly!! The food on offer from breakfast to dinner was delicious. The fireplace was peaceful with relaxing surroundings. Not forgetting the spa and swimming area, I can’t wait to return. ”

“Essen, Lage und Design sind TOP. Für Familien nicht wirklich spannend. Schwimmen und SPA nur bis 19:00 Uhr, danach wird man sehr unschön gebeten "mal fertig zu machen". Zwischendrin ist der Pool aber auch gerne mal geschlossen oder die Sauna nur mit vorheriger Anmeldung beheizt. Anstrengend dem ganzen zu folgen. Familienpool hat eher die Größe eines Planschbeckens, es gibt auch keine Rutsche o.Ä.. Kaum Angebot über Ostern kein Programm und am Ostermontag schließt das Hotel, so dass man um……

“It's a nice and comfortable hotel, locate at a convenient location (very close to the bus stop and information center). The only thing that made us feel confused and a little bit disappointing was we booked the room at Hotels.com, but we got a lower-grade room. But the staff provided us free dinner to compensate for the price difference. Overall the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, it's a not bad choice when you travel to Berchtesgaden.”

“Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. As some have mentioned, the wellness area is underground, so it can feel a little tight. But it was well-maintained, and the pool area is very nice. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast a lot. ”

“Great apartment hotel, nicely renovated. The location is great, only 30 minutes drive from Salzburg. The only problem we had was noise from neighbors above. The property management has to improve the sound insulation between floors.”
