“My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst……

“Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant. Verbessern könnte man den Fundort von Infos wie z.B. die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants. Auch Wegweiser zum Stiegenhaus (ich gehe auch in 9.Stock zu Fuss) und zum Fitnessraum waren etwas versteckt.”
