“My stay was a big part of my trip. I also liked it was only one payment and no hidden fee. It was easy to access to the area manager and also you didn’t have to be in communication with anyone to check in. The process was really smooth and not to mention the place was beautiful and well kept.”

Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. Getting ahold of someone was much more difficult then expected. Property mangment need to restructure the chain of command. They offer to move……
