“That was our second stay in this hotel. The 2-bed apartment was amazing and it had fantastic views. The hotel is located near the beach. The restaurant was fine. The covered car park is quite narrow, a bit messy (they use it as a storage too) and rather dear. The staff is helpful and understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!”

“Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. ”

“I booked this hotel last moment because of a storm and change of travel plans. The bed in the bedroom was in a terrible condition. There were no clean linen for the mattress size provided . There were two smaller size cover linen provided, folded on the bed which were very old. The pillows smelled. There was no clean sheet provided for the mattress - only a mattress protector . The mattress protector was very dirty, full of sand, hair, old stains and unsanitary. The bathroom smelled terribly.……

“Die Klimaanlage würde central abgestellt. Keine Möglichkeit, dass der Kunde die Temperatur in seinem Zimmer selber regulieren kann. Da draussen gab es 20-22°C, I Zimmer tagsüber 28°C. Die s.g. "Black-out Vorhänge" nutzen nichts - ausser verdunkeln das Zimmer. ”

“Für uns das erst mal on Bulgarien. Personal sehr nett Auswahl an Speisen wirklich genug . Animation für kinder Teens und Erwachsene hat uns wirklich toll gefallen würde diese hotel jedem empfehlen ”

“It is very good hotel with nice staff also reception, only thing was the A/C not good and the pool filter not working the water not clear. And parking not free and rude staff.”

“My advice would be don't stay in room 111. It's right above the kitchen, which I found out later, and I think the exhaust from the ovens goes through one of the walls. It gets really hot, the air conditioning isn't enough and they won't admit it. I spent half a day trying to get them to change my room. They did eventually, but after I lost half a day of my holiday. It's a shame because the hotel is nice and modern, well located (close to the beach and the main street) and has a really nice pool……
