“Love location of the hotel itself. Shopping arena and food spots are super close. Hotels bed, bathroom and over all cleanliness is perfect. BUT, Indio and palm-springs is not it! Coming from the Bay Area , it is not a vacation getaway.”

We had some issues by the cleaning crew of not attending to some sheets etc. but the response from the property managers was prompt and great. Areas of improvement : water pressure in bathrooms and better fixtures that need updating. Pergola over table tennis table was unsteady and could fall and injure future guests. Tiles in primary bath need replacement as they have gaps and grout was exposed in corners etc.”

“I booked a 5 night stay at an avantstay property in Indio CA for ton of money and two days before the trip I came down with covid. They refused any sort of refund or change requests and charged the full amount despite not using the property at all and having SIZABLE "taxes and fees" and "property fees" added to my bill aside from the nightly rate A very negative, frustrating, and expensive experience. I do not recommend.”

“The area the property was in was nice and quiet. Only issue was the first night the TV’s didn’t actually work. Property manager admitted that she didn’t actually check them prior to our arrival. She did send someone the following day to fix them. Had we wanted to use the pool my wife said she wouldn’t because it wasn’t exactly clean. The guest bathroom has what appeared to be water damage that was attempted to cover with paint but you could still see the bubbles in the Sheetrock and the cracking……
