“We had a great stay!”

“Stayed for a week in early August. This is a very nice rental unit. It was clean with a beautiful interior, nice view of the outside, and in a gated community. The nearest pool is just a very short walk, and we enjoyed riding the two bikes around the community. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and simple, communication with the owner were fast and friendly, and the roaming rams were chill. The only negative was the hot weather but that's on me, LOL.”

“Perfect home base for Coachella. Reasonable biking distance to festival grounds. Quiet and safe community. Lots of birds singing in the morning. Well stocked kitchen - all the equipment you need. Great views. Comfy beds. Top tier TVs and cable. Generally very clean. Easy proximity to the pool and hot tub. Only negatives were a couple of minor cleanliness issues - 1) several of the towels in the ensuite bathroom closet were damp when we arrived; 2) some of the plates in the cabinet had food……

“This was our second time renting a villa in PGA West from Ken. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and super clean. The patio view of the golf course and mountains is spectacular. The pool is next door, making it convenient to take a quick dip or relax with a good book. Ken responds quickly to any questions and makes the check-in process seamless. We’re looking forward to our next visit in November. ”
