“Bed Room TV Needs to be replaced”

“After a long cold winter in the Northeast, we needed a warm getaway. This house provided just that. The house is well maintained, clean and decorated very nicely. The heated pool was the perfect temperature. Access to the canals provided great views and some fishing opportunities. A dolphin even stopped in one night to greet us! The location is great for hitting all major site seeing locations. The Hosts was responsive and answered all our questions. Highly recommend! ”

“My family and I stayed for one night at this rental and although we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space, we were disappointed with this rental in general. To start with the positives, the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. The location of the house was good. There were some real issues with cleanliness in the home. It was absolutely grimy and many areas are in need of updating and repair. The appliances were very outdated. The refrigerator was very noisy and the ice dispenser……

“Rental Manager was easy to work with and very responsive. The home is well appointed with comfort & convenience including dining, family room seating and beds. Kitchen is very well stocked for all of your needs. There are a few things that seem unfinished- En-suite bath & walk-in closet have curtains instead of doors, and screened patio door has been removed so unable to open sliding doors to bring in the spring air or enjoy in evenings without bugs .
