“We had a great stay at Homestead Resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable. We did encounter a room cleaning issue, but as soon as we brought it up, they took care of it right away. We also had a broken fridge in our room, which was replaced the next day without any hassle. We informed the front desk manager that night, and he said someone would come to fix it. But he didn't come until midnight. We went downstairs again in the early morning to ask, and the front desk lied that the repairman had come, but now he was off work and couldn't fix it. We didn't sleep all night! The front desk……
