“Everything was great about Windsong, the only exception is getting rides to dinner was quite expensive. We could ride bikes during the day, but walking to places like coffee shops would be too far. We had to take bikes, which was fine during the daytime. At night it didn’t feel like a good option to walk in the dark for dinners out at local restaurants. Everything else was excellent including the cleanliness and awesome room accommodations. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.”

“We enjoyed a complimentary late check out, offered by the manager when he knew we had a mid afternoon flight. One of the showers of the villa had problems. It fell only a trick of water and we had to use the one upstairs. It did not make our stay any less pleasant though.”

“We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful. ”

“A hidden gem! The property, lush with plants, flowers and fountains is truly a botanical environment. From the minute we arrived, to the minute we departed, we were treated like family. Ms Wenie, Maureen, Jeffrey (shuttle driver) and all the bar/kitchen staff and groundskeepers were very polite, attentive and professional. “We had a wonderful experience in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront suite which gave us plenty of room for us and our 2 teenage girls. They are all oceanfront and all 3 bedrooms/3 baths, they just lock out the rooms depending on how many bedrooms and baths you need--the upside is every suite gets the same living space and incredibly spacious deck! The grounds are stunning and meticulously landscaped. Our unit was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could ever need from pots and pans, to……

“The property itself was very nice. The accommodations meaning the rooms sitting areas were fantastic. The beach was very accessible very close and very clean. What we didn’t like was we didn’t the transportation options. Every cab ride was at least 25 bucks even for less than a mile. The supermarkets were very expensive but other than that it was fantastic.”
