“Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only thing I'd bring up is that a few other co-workers and me were charged for valet fees for multiple nights during our stay even though we didn't have cars for this visit. The desk staff were very accomodating and removed the charges from our folio, but there does appear to be some problem with how valet charges are handled. Would suggest looking into improving that. Otherwise, it was a great stay - Thank you! ”

“Our stay at this hotel was nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any situation that we had. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed some assistance. We were in town for a hospital stay for a family member and they were very happy to accommodate us with certain things. The hotel was very clean and well kept at all times. I was somewhat surprised that we had to pay for parking at a hotel we were staying at, but perhaps that is what happens in Austin! Would definitely……

“The only thing subpar that I can say about our stay is that the reservation was not showing up in their system, even though I had the Expedia confirmation number. It took us about 45 minutes to finally get the key to the last room they had. Westin did give us free breakfast passes to use the next morning as an apology for the room delay. Once we got to the room, my daughter had to do a video room tour. LOL. It was very spacious, and the view was great. It had all the comforts...big fluffy……
