“The services was pathetic. Most of the area was booked for private parties so we couldn't go anywhere. It was like staying in a hotel and not resort. Also, during checkout they took more amount from us. When I checked it, and asked for a refund, they said they have initiated the refund. But I never got it back. They are just thiefs who show you the correct bill. But in final bill which they don't show you they add many bills twice.”

“I had an amazing time at Coconut Lagoon.I was trapped alone and tthe staff made me feel welcome and at home. Really each member of staff was very helpful. The resort is extremely well maintained. There are free activities. I highly recommend the river walk, it is amazing. The guide, Vignesh,.did a great job in keeping us safe.
