“The 2 members of staff on reception were fantastic (special thanks to Jake) However, we were disappointed with the room. Although it was perfectly clean, it was much smaller than I had expected from the photos, on which I based my choice of hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast buffet was excellent, as were all the members of staff we encountered.”

“Easy to find with friendly helpful staff. Very close to the airport and main roads. More luxury than standard hotels in the area.”

“The hotel facilities are very good, the reception is very helpful and friendly. Overall is very good. The only problem is the transportation, i had landed in Alicante Airport at 10:00pm but could find a shuttle bus available, i finally took a bus to be there. As it's only 5 mins distance by car, i was charged Eur 9.00 with every hour shuttle bus to Airport. If the shuttle bus service is charged and talking about 5 mins. i wondered customer needed to pay Eur 9.00 / seat and wait for almost 1 hr.”

“I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa……

“Everything about the hotel was amazing. Lovely staff, beautiful rooms. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. I honestly can't find anything negative to say. ”

“We booked a holiday originally at another hotel which was awful and dirty. The Port Benidorm was absolutely lovely. Very clean, beautiful room. The food was great and plenty of choices. Friendly, helpful staff. The spa is also fantastic.”
