“My husband and I have traveled all around the world, and this is one of my favorite hotels of all time. The attention to detail is incredible, and the staff is amazing. The hotel itself is not only a piece of history but a work of art. I would go back to Cincinnati again simply to stay here. “I would have given 5 stars except for a few items. This was a charming place with great walkable access to restaurants! The unit was comfortable and well equipped. The maintenance was lacking- for example in the only bathroom the shower/tub combo had a lot of mold and mildew that needs to be removed. The other area of concern is check in is late at 400 pm and check out is early at 10 am. Typically when traveling a 11 am or 12 pm check out is more typical. Loved the location to Covington Main……
