“房內和花園景觀都和照片一樣,房間很大,床也很大,舒適的陽台座位,不過真的是比較老的飯店,浴室不夠乾淨..放備品盤子上有像辣椒醬的污跡..水杯也是黑黑的整圈茶漬都沒洗掉,毛巾有大片棕色污漬這些照片上看不出來,有一個很小的花園泳池很漂亮,但是早上我看到池畔有一隻死老鼠..很驚訝,但飯店很快就處理了.地點很好走路去超市或做spa都相當方便,服務人員很親切 ,幫我們租摩托車和延遲退房到2點,飯店的早餐很不優,種類很少.我認為飯店如果更重視清潔品質的話會加分很多..”

“房间比较潮，床头有味道，其他总体良好。每天早餐都会有不同特色菜轮换，免费自行车，这两点印象比较深刻。有泳池，不想去海边时也可以游水。健身房基本只能作为摆设。”

“Excellent staff who were very attentive to our needs—they did not hesitate to help us book a snorkelling to Nusa Lembongan, even at 9PM the night before. The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room (Family suite) was spacious, well-decorated, and clean. We would absolutely stay here again if we went to Sanur. ”

“The towel for the pool needs to pay, the room's insulation is not good but ok, breakfast are the same everyday but I'm ok with it, the staffs are friendly and kind, room is clean but still has a little dust, the wooden floor by the pool side has some sharp things and I was hurt”

“This is on a busy road that at first glance can seem to be small, non remarkable and somewhat isolated. However, a magical experience awaits inside. You walk to the back of this magnificent property and it opens up like an oasis in the desert. It is truly awesome. A winding 100 meter glorious swimming pool with a series of bridges crossing it (one of 2 pools). The huge property (some 900 rooms) is a quiet 'sanctuary'. It comes with bar, restaurant, tennis court and huge picnic areas. The staff……

“1.房間乾淨、物品應有盡有，僅吹風機風力較小，床的品質佳，很有睡，而樓房間、一樓開放式客廳，有度假風。 2.訂房贈送迎賓飲料(AM11-PM11)、下午茶(3PM-4PM)和編織提袋，因特價時訂房，二晚不到台幣一千元，物超所值。 3.飯店和沙灘相連，飯店內有三座開放式泳池及兒童成人運動場所，推薦全家一起來度假。 4.飯店位於自行車道旁，適合騎單車，相當舒適，另鄰近當地市集、餐廳、按摩院和藝文等。這裡是我在峇里島六天當中覺得最適合度假與休閒，又能觀察當地生活的地方。 5.客服人員態度好，能夠協助房客要求，相當感謝客服人員提供的服務與態度。”

“房間空間還可以,只是浴室角落的發霉地方沒清乾淨,洗澡時看到會覺得很噁心,明明住的是兩人房,但備品卻只有一份,兩天皆如此!”

“A little bit far from Sanur center but the staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed at the garden Villa area with private pool which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast is acceptable and the towels are not clean enough. All in all, we are satisfied with the price we paid comparing what we got.”

“早餐不錯, 每早有樂師在傍伴奏傳統峇里音樂 床舖舒服, 住在二樓房間需要行樓梯, 但服務員會幫忙把行李送上和送落樓下 因為淋浴間有開放式窗戶, 雖然可以落竹簾, 但有機會有蚊蟲, 和櫃檯反映後加強了電子蚊香裝置, 把問題解決到 酒店步行7分鐘到海灘, 但屬於酒店私人範圍只佔數張沙灘床, 可以放棄 酒店附近一帶有很多餐飲和按摩店, 數分鐘步行距離有中型超市”
