“Reasonable pricing WAS GREAT! Food court food was surprisingly good. Sit down restaurant menus were disappointing in their varity. Im well aware that here in Florida its somewhat difficult to deal with, but the pools were uncomfortably warm but were in excellent condition. As is a problem all over the US the older employees were engaging but the younger ones... not so much. You just put Orlando of our map. We loved our stay!!! One last thing. “My wife & I had an incredible vacation at Chadwick! We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the marina & the beach was right across the street and in addition, there were 3 waterfront restaurants within walking distance - it can't get any better than that!”

“This cozy home was located in a quiet neighborhood ideal for our adventures throughout Cape Coral, Ft Myers, and Pine Island and beyond. The pool was great to use as well as having secure parking. We would definitely consider renting the home again.”

“Best condo we’ve been in yet! It truly was an amazing setup from spare batteries in drawers to ultra comfortable furniture! The only issue for us was that we were NOT offered amenities from South Seas Island Resort since this unit isn’t in their rental program. This means we could not go to Sunset Beach and get chairs/towels/drinks.. nor could we go to and ear at pool bar. There are other fun things to do.. but just be aware of this. You only get access to these amenities if you book directly……

“This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 preteens. The pool area was spacious and the pool was not too deep for the smaller kids. The Publix grocery store could not have been more convenient and we were able to cook a variety of meals utilizing the generous kitchen as well as the outdoor gas grill. Multiple beaches within a short drive provided options for swimming,, shelling and snorkeling. The property was on a peaceful, quiet and beautiful lake to wake up to in the morning……
