“We booked through hotel.com, so I thought there might be a check-in desk because we never received a welcome email with the unit number or the door code. It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)”

“Our family had a great time. The property was very nice and comfortable. The activities available were fun for our young family. We enjoyed swimming and tennis and ping pong, mini golf and fuse ball. It’s nice to stay in a place you can stretch out and not just a hotel where you only have a bed and TV. The staff was really nice and helpful. ”
