“We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. “I really liked this place, the staff was very friendly anf forthcoming and food was excellent. The beach access is easy and the beach is absolutely stunning albeit wild. It’s not a 5-star hotel in the european sense but a great space if you want a bit of privacy and peace when visiting Mamallapuram.”

“Der Pool ist in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Fliesen sind locker oder fehlen. Das Wasser stinkt. Die Stufen zum herauskommen waren am letzten Tag gesperrt, weil sie nicht mehr vorhandenen waren. Die Liegen am Pool sind am auflösen und zerfallen. Bei einer Liege war der Schaumstoff frei, nur mit einer Art grünem dreckigem Bettlaken oder Bezug bezogen, andere Liegen waren am zusammen fallen. “This is an exquisite hotel in the old French town in Pondicherry. Although not a heritage hotel, hotel, to their credit, made it a point to make it look so. Kudo. The rooms are luxurious and have all the amenities one would want. The from office staff, two men and a woman whose names I will add in when have access to the paper, were kind, courteous and super-helpful. I had a wonderful time!!!”

“Generally a great value and a satisfying hotel experience. Only bit of irritation was that I could not get an Uber to come directly to the property for pick up. Instead, I had to walk about 300 m to a pickup location. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel but it was irritating. ”

“The K Resort is a lovely new development and we felt fortunate to be amongst their first guests, especially as all the staff were so wonderfully helpful & attentive. We really enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. The property will be even nicer when the greenery has had chance to grow around the bungalows, so that hopefully there will be more birds etc.”

“It was nice stay, however, check in was time taking, we needed to wait for almost 30 minutes without any valid reason. I feel they can easily improve on it.”
