“NO A/C; NO beach access; NO 2nd full bath; hazardous steps to entrance; ants in fridge; centipedes everywhere inside unit; several miles from anything & no water view or access; found full, moldy dehumidifier in closet then cleaned and set it up - emptied it several times a day despite 50 pint capacity; recent remodel was shoddy; knobs falling off cabinets; bathroom floor stopped short of vanity, causing injuries in the middle of the night; broken blinds for no privacy from road just feet from……

“Overall enjoyed the stay. Would recommend a king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a new bed in the main level master, and a bed be put in the basement bedroom instead of a futon. The water pressure for flushing toilets was not good and there was a sewage smell coming out of the hot tub drain. Parking was a little precarious and dangerous backing up and turning around on a hillside, also getting into the driveway was difficult even will 4wD we were spinning tires.”

“This home provided everything we needed. Upon arrival, the home was clean and well kept. It would have been nice if the management company would've salted the property prior to our revival seeing that it was a recent (small) layer of snow AND ice. It definitely was a bit of a struggle having arrived and my family slipping and almost falling while unpacking. Funny thing...there were fresh footprints in the snow, so that was definitely a little eerie. And if it was someone from the company...why……
