“The staff deserve 10 stars!! They’re customer service was phenomenal during checkin, being greeted with a smile anytime we made contact with them, was very knowledgeable, and assisted us with all questions we had. I will stay at Zenza every time I visit bc of their customer service especially Mario! The hotel is really clean, super quiet and has restaurants that are affordable. Take my word and thank me later. ”

“This was the third time I have been to Turks. This by far was the best resort. I strongly reccomend this resort. The entire staff was amazing. ”

“Staff was awesome. Some say the staffs are rude but I beg to differ. I was shown awesome hospitality, especially during hurricane Erin. Everyone was working with a smile on their face like hurricane 4 wasn't a thing. ”

“This was our third time staying at this hotel. The property/beach/pool are absolutely stunning and you can’t beat the location since we enjoy walking to nearby restaurants, ice cream and the superb grocery store. ”

“Best beach in Caribbean right out of the property.. Beds could be more firm.. feels kinda worn out.. Need to make sure air condition is working before guest check in.. ”

“Place was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was great. My only complaint was location. Not near anything walkable. Definitely need to rent a car to buy groceries or go to eat as taxis are very expensive and no restaurants near by.”

Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! ”
