“Absolutely the best place to stay! We went for our honeymoon and had such an amazing time. Staff was so incredible and friendly! We enjoyed Saturday especially when local vendors came in. The food was amazing and we got to try so many new things. Blue haven was very underwhelming and we didn’t have access to Salt after taking the shuttle over there. But didn’t let it ruin our time! We actually cancel our fire and ice reservation so we could spend our last night at Alexandra. Entertainment was……

“We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful. ”

“A hidden gem! The property, lush with plants, flowers and fountains is truly a botanical environment. From the minute we arrived, to the minute we departed, we were treated like family. Ms Wenie, Maureen, Jeffrey (shuttle driver) and all the bar/kitchen staff and groundskeepers were very polite, attentive and professional. “Our arrival at The Tuscany was spectacular. The staff greeted us warmly in the lobby and escorted us to a lovely location for lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. It was a perfect welcome and set the tone for the rest of our stay. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the resort. Every area—from the beach and pool to the tennis courts, grounds, and our room—was spotless. I’ve never stayed anywhere as immaculately maintained as The Tuscany. Room service was also superb and……

“The property itself was very nice. The accommodations meaning the rooms sitting areas were fantastic. The beach was very accessible very close and very clean. What we didn’t like was we didn’t the transportation options. Every cab ride was at least 25 bucks even for less than a mile. The supermarkets were very expensive but other than that it was fantastic.”
