“It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was within a 10 minute drive to downtown. The beach was within a 5 minute drive and it wasn't crowded. There were a ton of restaurants to choose from. It was so much better than trying to stay downtown where it was difficult getting in and out of places. The condo looked just like was shown andhad the cutest patio garden with hot tub! ”

“One week wasn’t long enough. We have taken several beach vacations in this area, but I was more relaxed than I have ever been at this house. I was skeptical about the stairs being a problem, but they weren’t. There was seven of us, and everyone had plenty of space to do whatever, we weren’t in each other’s way. The location is awesome. Right down the road is the boardwalk to the beach. The house has awesome views of the beach. I hope to return soon.”

“My husband and I just wanted a quick weekend getaway so we could visit the downtown area. The resort was nice because it was far away from all the noise, and located right off the beach, yet close enough to drive to all the downtown happenings. Our room was clean, and had more than enough space for us. The furnishings were comfortable, and there was also a nice sized balcony for outdoor dining and entertaining. The pool was downstairs as well as a cute boardwalk to the beach. The beach was super……

“Overall very nice condo with a couple of issues that should have been addressed prior to arrival. The front screen door handle on the outside falls off at times making entry difficult if you are carrying anything. The keurig coffee maker was full of black mold in the water reservoir. We cleaned, bleached, and sanitized it! Other than that, a great place in a great location. We will be back.”

“Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants).”
