“We had a nice stay at the Corriegour Lodge Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location is excellent. Some of the aspects of the hotel are somewhat worn and faded - the bedspread, carpets - but we still had a comfortable stay. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Ashburn guest house. The property was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower pressure was really good, nice for a shower after a long hike! Walking distance to town with nice view too. Hayley was really friendly and helpful, she packed us a really nice breakfast for our early morning hike on our first morning there, which was thoughtful of her. Only thing that could be improved on would be for the sitting in breakfast, it would be best if hot……

It felt like we were friends who had come for a visit after not seeing each other for many years. Food was great! The room was sweet and comfortable. We loved our stay and will plan on returning when we’re next ‘across the pond.’ When we were leaving, the owner came hurrying out to wave goodbye to us as we were pulling out of the driveway. “Incredibly beautiful property. Appears to be recently renovated as everything was updated and gorgeous. The staff were very kind and helpful. Recommendation was made for a restaurant: Roam West, which is just up the road. Don’t look anywhere else for dinner. I had the best steamed mussels of anywhere I’ve eaten and my wife had an incredible fish and chips. This house is wonderful, just a short drive from Fort Mason”
