“Check in was a bit interesting. We arrived late at night. Our unit was not on the golf course. The area you checked in did not have a connecting road to the area of our condo. So a bit confusing getting to our unit. You checked in at one desk, then took the key you were given to be activated at another desk. The purpose of this was a sales technique to get you to sit thru a sales presentation. The indoor pool area was nice and the game area was fun for the kids. Our two bedroom unit was……

“The hotel itself was amazing. We went for a weekend to relax and hotel had hundreds of baseball kids there. The parents were not watching them so we could not enjoy the hot tub or the pool cause kids were playing and running screaming everywhere. ”

“This is a nice place to stay if you want to relax. I gave a 4 star because in the unit we was originally assigned to the ac was broken. They tried to fix it but couldn't and we had to move to another unit. We sat in the unit for over 4 hours and temp was 76 degress. We was not offered another unit until we called and told them we couldn't stay in there any longer. There are daily activities but not alot for the kiddos to do in the evenings. No playground and game room consists of pool table and……

“It was great, clean, and conveniently close to all of the best spots in Branson. The only thing is If you have more than 3 people ask for more pillows. We booked for 4 people and were only provided with 3 pillows, but wasn’t that big of a deal and we made it work!”
