“We enjoyed our four day stay at this property. Easy quick walk to the beach from our house, great seafood at Skinner's within a 6 minute ish drive. I'll bring bug spray next time so we can enjoy the deck in the evenings a bit more without mosquitoes attacking, but that was a minor drawback!”

“Very, very clean! Living room and dining room areas are very comfortable. 2nd bedroom: frame is a queen size but mattress is king size; also, no box spring under mattress so mattress is floppy and slides around. Sat on edge of mattress and fell on to the floor because there isn’t anything there to support the mattress. Frame and headboard aren’t attached. Makes bed uncomfortable and unsafe. Shouldn’t advertise that there is a 2nd king bed when it is barely usable. Need to install the proper……

“The view is wonderful, and the house could be. BUT IT IS NOW IN A VERY SAF STATE IF DISREPAIR. Two windows are closed up with storm shutters. A main set of French doors to the deck is nailed shut with boards, the fireplace is non-functional, multiple fans don’t work, the stove is pitiful. Not what you should get in an exclusive gated community on the beach. The house is in fact not beachfront. It is one lot back from the beach and so it has no direct access to the beach. “The house was beautiful and roomy. The views from both front and back are lovely. The back yard is a postcard perfect view, as you walk out to the water, there is even a little patch of beach. It was quite windy. In early February, it was quite chilly but warmed up to low 60s if the sun came out. The house was chilly. We stayed in the off season, so it was very quiet and peaceful there. We really enjoyed our restful stay, but there was not a ton of activities at this time of year if……

“This property has close walking access to the beach. It is very quiet around the resort. To get to shopping and restaurants you will need to drive a short 15 miles. The condo was perfect for 4 of us. Would stay here again.”
