“Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! The bed is also tucked under the eves on one side so again be aware when getting up in the night as it is very close to your……

“When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again. ”

“Had a wonderful three-night stay at The Gin Trap Inn during May 2025. We stayed in The Stables room with our young dog - it was her first trip away so she was a bit excited and nervous, which she demonstrated by barking more than she should ! The hotel staff were wonderful, dealing with her politely and lessening our embarrassment.
