“The adult swimming pool is always closed!!!! It says guests need to tell hotel 30 minutes in advance if we want to use the swimming pool then they open it.i never encounter such in 5 star hotel before! The hotel is overall old now, needs renovation. Activities for adults not much. Overall not feel so resort like. ”

“Don't come here ! Everything is old and broken, I stayed in a Majestic Pool Villa which is the most expensive room type. The shower drainage is stuck and bad smell always present, there is not even a closet for hanging clothes and everything looks old and broken”

“There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. ”

“I’m really happy and glad I picked this property. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this property again when I come back to Sanya. The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location.
