“This property is really built more like a timeshare mini-apartment setup with its built in kitchenette and washer / dryer combo. It’s in a quieter part of Maui so it has more of a laid back feel to it and would suit travelers who really want to have a “home away from home”. Ideal for people who have their own car rental. Nice central location with convenient travel times to different parts of the island. The timeshare “talk” is 90 min for a $300 gift card and discounts to other activities……

“This condo was perfect for us, family of 4. At first, Kihei wasn't an option but glad I found this spot owned by Matt and Sandy. It was perfect. Walking distance to Kamole Beach Park 1 and close to Kamole Beach Parks 2 and 3. Restaurants, shops etc. in the close proximity. Foodland close by too. Again, just a great area. This complex is clean. Parking is nice. Pool was a nice alternative to the beach. Sauna, hot tub is a plus. Great amenities in this comfy condo. Well kept and exactly as……

“The property is well cared for by the owner, we would defiantly go back. It was conveniently located and had all the comforts of home, including beach towels, beach chairs, laundry soap etc and right across the street from the beach and open space.”

“We had a wonderful stay here as a family of five everybody slept comfortably and everything was here for us. The owners thought of everything you might possibly need. I do wish the Wi-Fi password would have been more accessible. But we had a wonderful stay. ”

“It’s a lovely and quiet area the beach is right across the street. Restaurant and shopping center are within a 10 to 15 min walk. They also provide towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to use to take with you to the beach. The place is very clean and I cannot wait to go back.”

Highlights for us was the sunset on the balcony and view of the National Park every morning, and the full equipped kitchen! The nice lady in the office recommended Foodland to us and we enjoyed getting groceries there. Beach chairs were nice too! Would recommend to friends.”
