“My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into her adorable studio. My girlfriend was a bit concerned that it would be too small, but it was prefect. The studio had very nice decor, a nice clean bathroom, a small fridge, and microwave. That was all we needed. It was located at the very end of the complex which kept things quiet. We got it for a great price. We would recommend this place to anybody. Enjoy!”

“This property is below the standards of the Elua that we have enjoyed for decades. It should have been upgraded prior to rental.Pre arrival communication with KBM was adequate but could have been more helpful. Some of the infant equipment supplied was appreciated.Final payment was processed weeks prematurely with no forewarning. This was reversed but bank charges and exchange rates cost us 241.11. KBM advised the error was by VRBO and that we should advise them of the problem. That has now been……

“Our stay was lovely for a family of 4. The location is fantastic and the sunset views were amazing. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, but the breeze from patio to the front door was the best! The condo was clean when we arrived; however, we didn’t have access to a broom or cleaning spray-to keep it as clean as I prefer. The beach kit provided was an unexpected surprise and added to the experience. Despite what the ad says about this property, there is a working elevator! No need to haul……

“We stayed here for our first trip to Maui in late May 2025 and this condo blew our expectations out of the water. The unit is exactly as it appears in photos, super clean, all new appliances, fantastic AC units in bedroom & living room, walkable location to Kam Beach II & shops, and has an amazing view of the ocean. The owner, James, was quick to answer questions and very polite. The complex is away from the main road which made it peaceful at night. Cannot sat enough good things and looking……

“Extremely disappointed in this property. There were roaches, ants and silverfish. We found bugs in the bed and it appeared the sheets had not been changed. The unit was dirty and in need of a deep clean. The location of the unit faces the parking garage and is right next to the office and a loading zone.
