“Der Empfang der Rezeption war überaus freundlich, die Rezeptionistin hat uns mit allen wissenswerten Informationen rund um das Hotel, die Öffnungszeiten des Spabereichs sowie die Restaurant-Öffnungszeiten und öffentliche Parkplätze an der Straße oder im Parkhaus versorgt. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit allem, was benötigt wird, ausgestattet und strahlte einen gemütlichen Eindruck aus. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass es eine Minibar gab, die wir selbst befüllen konnten. Das Bett war riesig,……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Palace. It is a complex of 5-6 buildings connected with a maze of corridors. It was interesting to wander around. The pool was quite far though and it was inconvenient. The water in the whirlpool was not hot enough, so we only visited twice during our 6 day stay. Breakfast food was great and abundant. There was a way to take an elevator to one of the colonnades, but if you don't figure it out you would have to hike up the hill . I think next time I would pick……

Hotel belongs to a complex of 5 houses with green area surrounding. ++ located very central to the center, just up the hill ++ impressive neighbourhood; villas, Russian chirch, etc. ++ nice view over Karlovy Vary on top ++ spacious Hotel +rooms, good breakfast service + Hotel service in general a bit demure/ reticent and serious (which is generally czech style), do not misunderstand, it's good service. + spacious pool area good for swimming, - the price inculded wellness area is……
