“The customer service was Excellent!!! If someone say that this is a 3 or 4 star hotel, they lied! No doubt 5 Star...”

“The pictures don’t do this hotel justice. The rooms were VERY spacious, the staff was superb, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The free water in the rooms was wonderful after a long travel day. This will be my go-to place to stay while in Detroit central to everything and surrounded by great food and nightlife, this place is a home run ”

“We had a suite which was very roomy. The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good and walkable to little Cesar’s arena. The restaurant/bar inside was nice and the breakfast was good. The downfalls were no bathroom fans and the beds were not as comfortable as home. The room down the hall had a couple of dogs that barked a bit but it wasn’t too bad. Overall a good place to stay and would return ”

“Pool is in need of major deep clean and renovation but it felt overall alright to swim in. Pretty good old scum line around the pool but we swam for hours and the water was clear. The sauna works great but you have to turn it on. Follow directions on it. Hot tub decent. Room and bathroom were very clean. Priced very reasonable. Breakfast portions were huge and everything breakfast should be. Salmon bagel platter and fresh fruit were excellent and above what was expected. ……

“I came in town for the Republican state convention. Everyone from the front desk, to concierge, housekeeping, valet parking, and the little snack shop were excellent. My room was absolutely beautiful. The shower was fantastic, I loved the height of the showerhead. The bedding was upscale, the pillows were perfect and the bed was so comfortable, I wish I would have climbed in sooner. I live 2 1/2 hours away, and if I wanted to stay someplace to get out of town, I would come down to stay at your……

“优点：1.就在机场出发厅旁边，非常近；2.行李车直接推进房间；3.本来不可以更改日期的，不过沟通后直接帮我更改了。 缺点：1.酒店只有一个餐厅提供堂食，不能打包，堂食区桌子有点密；除了这个餐厅就只能叫ROOM SERVICE；机场控制区外没有其它餐饮；2.两个小时内打了三次电话叫瓶装水都没送上来，第二次居然来了一辆轮椅，搞不懂bottled water和 wheelchair为啥可以等同。”
