“This was our first time staying at the facility, and it was a very good experience. The free valet parking that came with the room as a huge plus and greatly appreciated. The room was very nice and had everything we needed to make for a great 12th anniversary vacation.”

“We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows. The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4……

“My family and I had a great stay over the weekend! It was a last minute vacation and they accommodated us last minute! The home was well put together and perfect for a family of 7! Some workers accidentally broke the window and we immediately called them and the communication was great! They came and temporary fix so we can continue our stay! Great home, Great Communication and the property was beautiful! ”
