“Amalia Hotel in Nafplio is a lovely self-sufficient hotel outside of the city. A car or taxi is a necessity if you'd like to get into Nafplio or Argos. The premises are clean and comfortable, they're just rather old-fashioned and very much a throwback to a bygone era of massive hotels. The showers, toilets, furniture and dining areas have a lovely kitschy feel of 90s nostalgia, until you'd like to take a shower without negotiating not flooding the bathroom floor. ”

“We loved our stay. This is a small inn with only 7 units and all of the special touches one would expect from a boutique hotel. It is staffed from 8:00AM - 10:00pm by helpful front desk staff. The decor is a tasteful blend of modern and old world like hard wood floors and a fancy multi nozzle shower. There is free parking offsite accessible within a 5 minute walk. You can have breakfast in your room with no extra charge. My only complaint is that the wifi is very slow. ”

“Really beautifully renovated. However, not a fan of tub showers. The bathroom was awkward, and you could smell the sewer in the bathroom. Overall, really cute with a small breakfast area. Love the set up for family of four. The area seemed safe as they leave the main door open until midnight. Would stay again. ”
