“Was nasty and fifty, had to wait on the phone to get checked in because they never sent the email or anything. unit was nasty with mold and bugs ”

I booked and received confirmation email, then multiple follow up emails from partner company with directions for check in, guidelines for stay, etc. I had a last minute emergency and had to cancel.
