“I liked that the casino wasn’t over run with under 21 yr olds. I’m glad that Agua Caliente has set the age of entry for casino at 21 yrs of age. I didn’t see any big winners so that was a concern but overall, it was a nice stay. ”

“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“Staff was genuinely kind and friendly, especially Dyana and Javier. The hotel was very busy with a large party/function the night of the 23rd, but staff was present and attentive. Kept on top of cleanliness. ”

“Everything is excellent. The front desk staff is very friendly & welcoming. The decor is a retro vibe and clean. Parking is free and right in front of Hotel. This reminds be a boutique hotel. I always stay in the first floor accross from the pool, room has a front patio area and a beautiful wood gate as you enter..The rooms are small but very clean- no need for more ! and beautiful decor. Beds are very comfy with great plush pillows, I slept very well. Bathroom is very accommodating, large……
