“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. “Super nice property! The pools and rooms are really nice and pretty. They had a volleyball net up and a bunch of activities available, like pickleball, a pool table, tennis, board games, and a gym. Wish they would enforce the quiet hours a bit more but that’s not really their fault. Also the grill outside is not available for guests to use, only for the restaurant but it’s outside. Only dislike of our stay. ”

“Loved staying here! I wish I could book all the time but they require a two night minimum. (only downside) other than that its our favorite place to stay but since I have kids I can't do more than one night stays. The bathroom is a beautiful open concept. Jacuzzi and private patio are literally what sold me. Rooms are clean and huge tv & plenty of amenities to choose from. ”

“This is a cute hotel with a secure parking. Everything was very clean with lots of nice touches (water in the fridge, great toiletries etc). Nice pool. It’s not part of the hotel but there is an amazing Japanese restaurant Nextdoor (Sandfish ).”
