“Don't come here！！！！Upon arriving at the hotel, the first issue we noticed was the strong smell of marijuana permeating the premises. Outside our room, there was a group of intoxicated individuals shouting obscenities loudly—this immediately made me and my family, who are new to the U.S., feel extremely unsafe and anxious, especially as a young woman staying there at night. When we entered the room, the conditions were even more appalling. The bed had visible bloodstains, oil stains, and dark……

“This place is adorable. The concept is so unique. I love that it’s 21 and over. Love that the pool and hot tub are 24 hours. REALLY love the personal tubs at the campers! Everything about this gem is well thought out and charming. I did love that there were no TV’s in the campers also. Do NOT hesitate to book your stay here. We were already plotting our next stay as we were checking out!!”

“This place has a homey vibe I enjoy. The other guests are nice, the cats and chickens are fun to wake up to. Not perfect, but they are actively improving this hostel, but great prices if you are traveling on a budget. ”

“Brian at the front desk was very kind, he went out of his way to get us a coffee maker for our room as there wasn’t there, he delivered it to our room, as we had a 5:30 am flight Nice room too ”

“This is quite possibly the most underrated property in Palm Springs. Experiences from check-in, the stay, and check out were perfect. The staff was very friendly, I believe the owners were on site as well, making sure everything was in tiptop shape. The room was clean and amenities were sufficient. There was ample parking spaces and also a free electric vehicle charging station. I would most definitely choose to stay on this property again. ”

“I cannot say enough good things about The Cactai. This place is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are clean, really well appointed, and spacious. I had a couple things I needed help with and the owners were extremely responsive and friendly. The pool area is immaculate and quiet and the location is so close to great coffee and food. This is the perfect solo retreat and I’d recommend it to anyone! ”

“This hotel was lovely. The staffs were so friendly. The pool were open 24 hours so you can relax yourself anytime. However, the room space was a little small for family. Shower room had no door and floor got wet easily. But we still had a wonderful stay.”
