“Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive.”

“Hotel right next to an apres ski bar which is extremely loud. Lot of drunk people passing by”

“Beds were not as advertised nor sleeping arrangement. Many things were not available either such as pool and sauna. This was due to the virus as told by staff, but that was not mentioned in advertissement. In fact you continued to advertise all as if it was available. Not at all what i expected and paid for. Very dissapointed. You advertised many things that were not true.”

“Luckily for us it snowed the day before & the ski lift was open meaning we could ski to & from the apartment block. Checking in was busy, a large group had just arrived so it took 30 mins to get checked in. Long walk down to shops, restaurants etc, long walk back up many steps after.”
