“The handsome guy at the front desk had a good service attitude and gave a good review. The environment and facilities were good. The exhaust fan in some rooms' bathrooms was a bit loud and there was no switch. It was much better after changing rooms. “The lighting is so bad for the room. You cannot see any books or documents in the room at night. It’s just so dark. The air conditioner is out of order in my room and I had asked hotel to check in the morning but when I back at night, nothing fixed and I have to go down to reception at night and ask to check again. The telephone in th e room is also out of order that’s why I cannot call from room to ask help! The breakfast is terrible, its buffet the choices of food are unbelievable little but……
