“I got stuck in Chicago on a layover they were very accommodating to me and allowed me to check in at 1:00 a.m. staff was so kind and helpful and the warm chocolate chip cookie helped as well! I would definitely come back here”

“Excellent hotel, premises and amenities. Their gym was so much better than many of the big commercial gyms. Excellent cleaning service. Excellent forest area surrounding the hotel. Only downsides are: 1. Hotel is a bit far from shopping and dining, and one needs to take a taxi to go anywhere. 2. too many events happening daily.”
