“Great views ”

“Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until……

“Not a lot of staff, we enjoyed our stay but our power went out for a couple hours and we had a hard time getting in contact with someone. Room was ok, but I think could use a better cleaning. Seemed like staff maintained the outside well. Elevators worked good. ”

“The location of the property couldn't have been better! Plenty of dining options-- and Walmart (because who goes out of town without making at least one trip to Walmart?) --within walking distance. More than that, though, was the property itself!!! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the balcony was HUGE, and the kitchen was well equipped! Almost everything one could think was needed was provided from pots and pans to serving spoons and spatulas and everything in between, even a Keurig and……

“There was a policy stating that you needed one 25 year old for every 4 under 25. This was not told to us prior to booking, so we had paid and were unable to cancel. We had to find more that were 25 to go on our trip. This was a large inconvenience to us. Overall the condo was nice and clean. It was very secure and completely gated with nice amenities. ”
