“The mattress in the room was very warpped and sinking into the center of the bed so unfortunately endured some back pain. The pool was not very clean or upkept for both times I went over to the pool, dirty food from other customers, towels, lots of lounge chairs were not in order as well as very dusty. The hot tub did not look clean.”

“Staff were very helpful. We were gravely disappointed by the cost of a small cocktail. 2 mimosas with 20% tip were $48!!”

“Like: * El Jefe’s dining and lounge ~ Our waiter Ricardo was exceptional * Pool DJ and bar * Hammocks and bocce ball Disliked: * Our A/C didn’t work and was VERY loud * Curtains had visible substances on them * Cracked paint and dirty carpet * Pool lounge chairs were pretty gross * Lack of lounge chairs around pool. (Pay for daybeds take priority) * The dog area gets pretty stinky on hot days - which is where the hammocks and bocce ball court is. * No outside lounge areas other than……

“The reception service at Carmocha restaurant is poor. They do not inform customers of available meal times in a timely manner, which not only causes waiting time but also results in poor service. It's terrible!”
