“I liked the location of the Viceroy. Walkable to the beach, the pier, as well as many restaurants and bars. The restaurant at the hotel was very good for breakfast, that was the only meal we had at the hotel during our stay. I found the amenities adiquate, but not extraordinary. “Had a disappointing experience with the valet service. When I arrived and gave my last name, the valet repeatedly questioned it and made me spell it several times, while giving me a very dismissive and judgmental look. It felt like my name was being treated as strange or unacceptable. This kind of behavior made me feel deeply disrespected as a guest. A hotel of this level should ensure that all staff treat people with equal courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their name or background.”

The location is incredible just 8 min drive to the beach and a short walk to anywhere in venice all while located on a dead end street and inside a super private oasis.
