“Absolutely loved the location. Being on Malibu Road makes it easy to come and go on a mellow street. The view is amazing, the deck is literally over the water at high tide and at low tide you can walk all the way to the Malibu Pier. We saw dolphins swimming by everyday. I’m a runner and so it was nice to just go out the door and run on Malibu Road. The location to restaurants and shopping is ideal. ”

“My husband, sister and I stayed in this wonderful home for 10 days while visiting family in LA. The home is a spacious 1-floor plan with a most beautiful back yard. The house was very comfortable. The washer and dryer were great.The neighborhood is so nice- a pretty tree-lined and quiet street, easily accessible to many stores, restaurants and beaches. It also happened to be within a very short drive from the various homes of our family. Our host, Daniel, checked on us and was most cordial. We……
