“The owners were super communicative and very helpful. Lovely place in a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach. Smaller cars are easier to park in their parking space and finding street parking around was not super difficult. Just a note, if you stay there with others, the bedroom does not have a door on it.”

“The two bedroom Zenda is a perfect getaway for a couple of friends. The lush landscape was perfect to have a cup of coffee or a nice meal outside, the hot tub was perfection and the view is stunning. Michael is an incredible host and made us feel very comfortable and was available for any questions we had about the property. This charmed nature filled little getaway is perfect for relaxation. Highly recommend!”

“Good stay. Very cute and clean. Keep in mind this is a back house but people in front house do not bother or disturb at all. I hardly even noticed there were people in the front house. The beds were comfy and the host was responsive. There is a nice kitchen and a close grocery store nearby. There are 2 bedrooms with full size beds in each room and a couch that can comfortably sleep one not two people. ”

“Myself and a few friends rented the Retro Cottage while we were playing in a field hockey tournament. The location was perfect because you could walk to a main strip where there were coffee shops amd plenty of restaurants. Down the road further there were high end shops and more restaurant options. We loved the hot tub at the house and the outdoor seating because we could relax and be together as a small group. The check in and check out process was very easy and the property manager was very……

“This property worked great for our trip- we had minor difficulty checking in, as we found the parking garage but couldn't enter until we got into the room for the key fob. But otherwise, there was a security guard after 8pm every night, which felt super safe, and the property was always clean and accessible. The only complaint was that the washer and dryer cost money to use- everything else worked wonderfully! 9/10 would stay again :)”

“Amazing stay!! There was all the appliances I needed to make my meals, as well as basic ingredients you wouldn’t want to buy for a short trip. The check in process was very easy and self explanatory in my opinion and the host reached out every day to make sure everything was comfortable for our stay. 10/10 would stay here again. Location was very ideal as well, right next to downtown, shopping, the beach, and Santa Monica pier. The room was very cozy and cute. Loved this experience!!”
