“I cannot say enough good things about this place. The location is mystical and the property itself has everything you need and more. Great size bathroom, comfortable bed, incredible host. Stay here. ”

“The house is beautiful and has a great view of the Hollywood Hills. It’s new and clean. My husband always wanted to stay in this area and we can cross this off the bucket list. The drawback is the narrow road and parking. I don’t think even a small car could fit in the garage as there isn’t room to open the doors. We had a small SUV and had to climb out the trunk. After we parked on the street, but it’s hard to find parking and it’s dangerous getting in and out as the road is so narrow and cars……

Communication from property manager was efficient and detailed.Property is on a narrow street which has a dense amount of cars parked on both sides of the road in a good neighborhood. It would be difficult to find parking on the street if that has been necessary but was not an issue as the garage provided was perfect for us.I would rent again if the opportunity arose.”

“We are a family of four who were evacuated from mandeville canyon during the Palisades fire and were looking for a semblance of normalcy from all the hotels we were bouncing around from. That is when we found this amazing home in a great location where we found home for several days. “This property is very nice and seems to be in a nice neighborhood. The only challenge was checkin. The host required multiple proofs of ID before sending a checkin code after we were already at the property and after already going through additional steps of completing a host-requested additional form to validate the VRBO ID process, which we had done days in advance. “Enjoyed a family reunion & this very clean house felt like a home. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood. 4 adults & 4 kids (ages 4, 6, 9, 12) with plenty of room for everyone to sleep & lounge. Games for all ages, a fun park/playground nearby a pool & hot tub. Home fully stocked didn't have to purchase any supplies, except food. Host replied quickly to all questions & The Guide explained everything we needed to know @ check-in/out & house rules. Would highly recommend!”

“This little house is a great location. Very close to the beach. It’s got plenty of space for 2-3 people, even though the bathroom is very small, there’s plenty of sleeping spaces. The host was very responsive, so that was nice! Keep in mind this home is right on the street, close to the beach, and has older windows, so the road noise was significant. I would recommend bringing young kids, as they would have a hard time sleeping. Otherwise, it’s a great little place for the price! We would return……

“This was our second stay at this lovely property one block off of Hollywood Boulevard. The place is always clean, well-stocked with towels and all the necessary kitchen items. The location is amazing, just behind the Hollywood Roosevelt hotel, you are close to so many attractions in Hollywood. The 2-car parking is incredibly valuable as parking rates in the area are very high. We will be back next year!”
