Since it was a family getaway, we wanted to relax and stay there, so I needed to cook. The cooking utensils were not good quality. The pans were old and the utensils not firm enough. “The house was well stocked for cooking as well as use of the lake toys. It made for a very simple and relaxing week for our family. It is a busy part of the lake with the sandbar so close, which makes the water kind of rough but also a good place to watch the boaters. We even saw a plane land/take off from the water from the dock. The host was quick to respond to any questions and was very easy to work with. Being able to bring our dogs was an added bonus. “We absolutely loved our three night stay here, it was a fantastic deal, especially since we had a full kitchen, laundry in our room, and everything we needed. It was very clean, location felt very safe. We have no complaints about the facility itself. Our only complaint is that there was no communication as to what our responsibility was upon checkout. “Stunning place with a consistent vibe. Unplug, be present in nature, unbelievable views. We were the only guests at the location that night and everything was perfect. We cooked a small meal on the BBQ, looked up at the amazing night sky, made a fire in the wood stove because it got chilly out, used the electric blanket and watched the sunset.
