“Pros: Beautiful hotel, room and facilities, built as part of a huge ex-pat development, close to Pinnacle Mall with several "western' restaurants and grocery store. Attached coffee shop was very nice and has free wifi. Cons: for most of our stay, the A/C in the hotel was not turned on. The "special rooms" do not allow the window to be opened so we had to sleep in a room that was 27-29 degrees C. For a hotel that probably serves more english speakers than anything else you would think the staff……

“After 3 months traveling around Asia, I had a stop over em Beijing and this hotel was the best place I stayed on these months. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is new, clean, comfy. The room is big and offer shampoo, cond, body lotion... All we need! The western breakfast was amazing. If you need to stay close to the airport, this is the best place. They picked me up and took me at the airport for free. ”
