“Excellent overall very kind personnel but not very well catered to foreign tourism as per language. But they all did their best and had translating gadgets to help out. Also the food was good but restaurant would close to early and not provide room service even though in the room they advertise it.”

“作为hotels金牌会员，每年超过一半时间在外住的我，第一次差评给到这家酒店！ 原因如下： 因为第二天要在清华上课，所以就近选择，去上课地理位置算好的，只有这么一个优点。 差评1，预定成功可前台小姐说查询不到订单，和前台吵了一下也不给解决，为了不耽误第二天上课就又订了一晚，到现在问题还没有解决。 差评2，房间很旧，应该是很多年前装修的，房间没有浴盆可整个家具都充满发霉的味道。 差评3，空调冷风不够力，开到最冷最大风也不行，应该是后台设置了什么，感觉就是吹风扇的效果。”

“The hotel itself is very nice and clean The staff are very friendly with the exception they really don't speak any English so even the simplest things they don't understand I did pick the property because it said they speak both English and Chinese but they're English is very very limited if at all and then even in all of China when you use a app to translate to Chinese they still can look at you funny and don't really understand it so I'm not sure what the translation does but it's not as……

“I booked a deluxe sing big bed room. But what I stayed was a room without windows and bad smell in the room. Apart from this, the restaurant in the hotel was not open to the guests during the lunch time. The reason was that they were entertaining a delegation. This is ridicules. ”
